What if I purchase an item and it does not fit.
The item can be returned for an online, instore credit.
If we receive several many returns from a singular client, that clients acmes will be limited or eliminated from the platform.  Please see: Returns section.

Return Policy
All purchases may be returned online. Online returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase or shipment date and items must be received within 21 days of purchase or shipment date. Items received after 21 days or with the tag/tag’s missing or removed cannot be returned. Those items are eligible for consignment or will be returned to the sender.

The Get Accepts the following forms of payment

All orders to a US via UPS. An additional $10 fee will be applied to orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.

We ship orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS Worldwide Expedited. We ship to over 60 countries. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. If you have any questions about your order contact:

*High net worth orders
High net worth orders, or orders shipping to an address other than the billing address, require approximately 4 additional days to process. High net worth orders include orders priced over $750, or orders that have been placed within a 24-48 hour period totaling $750 or more. If we require additional time, a customer service representative will contact you.

We will send the client an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in
Level up (Purchases).

All packages are secured by shippers.

TENABLE6, INC. is obligated by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to all U.S. territories that charge sales tax.

How to cancel an order?
We are unable to cancel an order once the shipping process has begun.

If a signature is required to deliver my order?
TENABLE6, INC. requires a signature for any item over $3500. UPS must obtain a signature from an adult 21 y/o, or older. Please contact UPS to create a ‘My Stuff’ account to personalize some of your shipping preferences, including redirecting shipments to a UPS customer center.

Condition of goods?
Every piece of merchandise on the get is new or lightly worn.

Best: Items show no signs of being worn and tags are attached.
Great: Items are brand new with no tags attached.
Good: Items are lightly worn, showing minor wear and tear.
OK: Items show “this is my favorite piece” signs. Wear or laundered, with moderate stains, fraying, fading or discolor.

*The lion share of the items on our platform come with original tags, boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards. When these are available, they will be mentioned in the item breakdown.

If I have a question or concern about the authenticity of a piece I purchase from Tenable6, what should I do?

Please contact us at FILL IN and we will reinspect it. If you have additional  concerns, we will refund your purchase price.

Which items are discounted?
Selected coveted items are not eligible for discounts. Pricing will is based on fair market value and supply vs demand. Discounted items will notated. Please note, promotional codes  Only one promotional code can be used per order, and promotional discount codes cannot be combined with markdown items.
